Our work depends on an IT Customer Service Support Specialist joining our team performing IT requirements validation to provide mobile devices support including but not limited to activation, configuration, setup, issuing, troubleshooting, providing resolution, maintaining and managing mobile devices inventory.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Required Experience: 5+ years of related

Required Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated experience as a technical help desk position supporting various versions of the Windows platform. internet browsers, and applications used in a high paced business environment

Demonstrated experience providing superior customer service support

Demonstrated experience trouble-shooting hardware, software, telephone and video

Demonstrated experience deploying and testing hardware and software

Demonstrated experience using an enterprise ticketing system

Demonstrated experience troubleshooting technical issues and applying critical thought to problems

Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting VTC issues

Demonstrated experience with supporting VTC/Skype

Position hours: M-F 1pm-9pm

Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Location: McLean, VA - On Customer Site

U.S. Citizenship Required

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
