We are seeking a candidate who is highly organized and process focused who will enable continued delivery on some of our technology organization’s top priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience with program development, project management, critical thinking, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.About the Team:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Education, Program Manager to oversee and manage our cyber education initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring educational programs focused on cybersecurity and technology.Key Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing a comprehensive cyber education curriculum

Collaborating with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure program effectiveness

Managing program budgets and resources efficiently

Monitoring program outcomes and making data-driven improvements

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

At least 6 years of experience with technology training program management

At least 3 years of experience with cybersecurity technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience with developing and delivering educational programs

Knowledge of industry best practices in cybersecurity education

Project or program management certification

  • Summary The National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) leads the nation\'s effort to protect the United States from terrorism by integrating, analyzing and sharing information to drive whole-of-government action and achieve our national CT objectives. Responsibilities Major Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, justify, administer, analyze, forecast, schedule, sequence, timing of actions, coordinate, and monitor budgetary, financial, accounting, or auditing activities to ensure cost-effective support of Intelligence Community (IC) organizations and programs; analyze and assess financial conditions by applying financial principles, policies, methods, techniques, and systems. Interpret and assess impacts of new and revised Executive or Congressional language on planned or existing resources, programs, activities, and mission; assessing effects of actions on program viability and attainment of objectives. Collect, research, and analyze comprehensive and substantive financial information that includes budget, financial, accounting, audit, and financial reporting information to develop testimony, briefings, and talking points for senior DNI leadership and develop guidance on the preparation of resource requests, reports, or the like to the DNI and Congress. Potentially lead the development of complex financial analyses and provide expert advice and recommendations to senior IC customers in the context of their operations and requirements. Determine the financial implications of strategic and capital, lifecycle, infrastructure planning, investment control, policy enforcement, and management throughout the financial life cycles (i.e., planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and evaluation) within or between IC organizations.
