Analyzes customer requirements and provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.

Applies knowledge of API (Application Programing Interface) for data services and databases.

Designs, develops, builds, analyzes, evaluates, installs and administers database management systems to include database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation and configuration management.

Designs and implements databases with respect to access methods, access time, batch processes, device allocation, validation checks, organization, ETL tasks, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods.

Prepares system requirements, source analysis and process analyses and design throughout the database implementation.

Defines database organizations, standards, controls, procedures, and documentation.

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.

May serve as a team or task lead.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree

5+ years of related experience with 3+ years of customer specific experience is required

Ability to identify and assess the right entities and the right vulnerabilities and technology trends to enable new collection operations

Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings

Strong analytic, research, and investigative skills combined with ops sense, personal initiative, and some technical expertise

Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations desired.

Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases and specialized tools desired.

Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices desired.

Formal training or certification as a Technical Targeter desired.

Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Ability to use link analysis tools and demonstrated ability to incorporate methodological tools and approaches to research, analyze, and present data (modeling, SATs, social network analysis, etc.). Analytic and critical thinking skills, including ability to think strategically Desired Requirements Familiarity with broad range of IC and law enforcement tools and databases. Familiarity with the legal authorities and roles of a broad range of national-level IC and law enforcement agencies. Ability to travel domestically and overseas for short periods.
