Position: DevOps Admin
Location: McLean, VA (Onsite)
Type: Long Term Contract

Job Summary/Responsibilities

• Implementing CICD pipeline for various applications. Develop Jenkins pipeline for CI/CD using Groovy, Shell, Python, etc.
• Implementing code quality and security scans such as SonarQube and Fortify as part of CI/CD pipeline.
• Design and Create branching and merging strategy for agile teams.
• Build and deployment of Java applications / Debug issues related to Dev, SIT and UAT environments.
• Create docker image for each microservice and deploy in OpenShift Container Platform.
• Branching, Tagging, Release Activities on Version Control Tools: SVN, GitHub, Bitbucket.

Cloud Platform:

• AWS, OpenShift,
• Operating systems Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Configuration Management Ansible, Maven, Docker.
• Cluster Services Kubernetes, ECS, Docker, Redhat.
• Build Tools: ANT, MAVEN, Jenkins
• Version Control Tools: BitBucket, GIT, GIT Hub
• Database DB2, MongoDB, SQL Server
• Languages/Scripting Groovy Scripting, Java, Shell, YAML, Json
• SDLC Agile, Kanban.
• Testing tools Selenium, SoapUI, Apache JMeter
