That's Customer.Recruiting for this role ends of 5/30/2025.Work you'll doAs a technical lead in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform you will help clients design and develop solutions that utilize the Microsoft platforms and integrate with other technologies. You will build Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service and Sales solutions to enable our clients in their marketplace. You will work with a team to deliver large, complex projects, end-to-end implementations, and project delivery.The TeamOur Sales and Service team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. We help make the "creative digital consultancy" real and in doing so, make new markets.Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:

Customer Operations | modernize, deploy, and operate office capabilities and business processes across sales operations, quote-to-cash, and revenue management team

Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | Integrate the latest technologies with leading-edge strategies, insights, experiences, and talent to enable outstanding customer service

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM

5+ years of hands-on experience with developing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform

Functional knowledge of all Dynamics CRM modules

Implementation experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service module

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Azure or other leading cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google

Experience with Power Pages and Copilot development

Experience developing integrations using Azure integrations toolset

Experience in extending Dataverse using Azure Functions and Logic Apps

Familiarity with SQL and Power Fx

Familiarity with other leading CRM applications, such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow

Strong understanding of multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)

Expertise in solution selling techniques such as identifying the client pain points, defining a solution, and contributing to a project proposal.

Proficient in developing workflow automations using Power Automate and Dataverse Workflow engine

Experience in extending Dataverse using Plugin development, JavaScript, and tools like Ribbon Workbench

Experience in performing data migrations and integrations using Microsoft Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, and Custom Connectors.

Experience working with modern DevOps tools, including content repositories, version control, CI/CD pipelines

A background working with offshore teams

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
