The Enterprise Data team is a cross functional product management team working closely with technology and design to build the platforms and products Capital One needs to deliver data that is easy to find, understand, and use. The product management, technology, and design organizations operate as a single integrated eData team. This integrated team requires a high level of coordination and collaboration across different groups, and as a result this role provides the opportunity to play a leadership role, working with the Chief of Staff, to impact the team’s operating model.The Chief Data Officer’s role includes interacting with c-suite leaders, external industry groups, and leading the cross-functional eData team and partners. These responsibilities in addition to broader leadership roles he/she plays throughout the company and as such the EA has an opportunity to be a strategic partner to the Chief Data Officer, supporting in the prioritization of these highly visible roles. Responsibilities:

You’ll provide an exceptional standard of support for the executive by serving as not only a gatekeeper, but additionally as the central point of contact.

You'll manage daily calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.

You’ll arrange meetings and team events by creating and sending invitations as directed; in addition to reserving meeting rooms, organizing for catering, audio/video, and other essential services as needed.

You’ll answer incoming calls and provide support as required by taking detailed messages that allow the executive to respond effectively.

You'll organize travel arrangements and create expense reports for the executive using Capital One systems

You’ll serve as a role model for all other administrative professionals by mentoring others and maintaining the highest levels of customer service externally and internally across the entire organization.

You’ll manage multiple projects, take on new responsibilities, autonomously provide solutions and assistance, and handle novel issues.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 3 years of Administrative experience

At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment

At least 3+ years of calendar management supporting executives

At least 3+ years of meeting and event planning experience

Experience setting up video conference and Zoom/Skype technology for meeting users

Experience planning ahead and managing time effectively

Excellent written and verbal communications

Excellent organizational skills
