Position: Marketing Operations Manager
Location: Fully Remote/Off-site

Our tech client in looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support their team, remotely, 40 hours/week on an ongoing basis with high potential to go full-time!

This Marketing Operations Manager will manage the execution, integration, monitoring, and analysis of marketing initiatives; ensuring that marketing efforts are implemented, tracked, and reported on in a seamless manner allowing the team to make insightful, data-driven decisions.

Marketing Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Own martech stack including Hubspot and evaluate new technologies and platforms to improve and optimize marketing team performance; serving as martech admin
- Build, maintain, and implement best practices for marketing automation and demand generation in campaign management, lead routing, processes, list management, and data hygiene and integrity
- Optimize lead scoring and routing to ensure quality leads are passed to sales team, and increase efficiencies and conversion rates
- Create and manage A/B testing initiatives as well as other proactive testing strategies
- Track ROI of marketing activities including website conversion, email deliverability, marketing campaigns and their contribution to the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing and sales objectives and assist with annual planning, determining monthly/quarterly lead and conversion funnel goals
- Define business analytics and work with team to maintain HubSpot and Salesforce dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of the marketing lead generation engine: database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, and overall pipeline and revenue performance

Marketing Operations Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years directly relevant marketing operations and marketing technology experience
- Experience in lead gen marketing environment is strongly preferred
- Experience implementing, operating, and tracking performance for email automation tools (HubSpot or Marketing) marketing and lead gen marketing campaigns
- Experience with reporting on marketing performance, analyzing data, and communicating insights; Google Analytics and Excel prefered
- Familiarity with conversion optimization and A/B testing concepts
- Experience in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with CRM platforms; familiarity with Salesforce is required (will act as administrator)
