Senior HR Specialist

Description We are seeking an HR Specialist for our client in Mclean, Virginia, United States. As an HR Specialist, you will be entrusted with a diverse set of responsibilities, including the management of employee data, overseeing HR reporting, implementing policies, and handling administrative tasks.Responsibilities: Play a key role in managing the HR activities at the regional and country level. Liaise with business and HQ HR departments to develop the annual HR Plan. Assist in determining talent requirements and aid in workforce planning and talent pipeline development in alignment with business strategy. Oversee recruitment activities to ensure the right talent acquisition. Promote and implement global standards into local policies and procedures to foster best HR practices. Collaborate with HQ Learning and Development to design and deliver employee development and training programs. Contribute to employee relations program, including the updating of company benefits and the organization of company events. Ensure adherence to Labor Laws and Ordinances as a HR business partner. Provide support in managing HR reports and employee data.Requirements Comprehensive knowledge of ADP Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now software to process payroll Strong communication skills are mandatory. Ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Expertise in handling Employee Relations is required. Responds to inquiries relating to accruals, billing and payment information ; Recommends solutions based on billing trends relating to realization; Prepares ad hoc reports upon request. Prepares effective monthly billing and collections forecasts for assigned portfolio. Maintains updated proforma status report; ensures the system reflects the current status for all proformas Establishes effective back-up support processes (cross-training and knowledge transfer) to ensure seamless support for all portfolio matters. Participates in continuous improvement of processes for own portfolio and for the Client Account Specialist group as a whole; Offers constructive recommendations and solutions; Proposes streamlined processes; actively solves problems. All members of the firm participate in our Global Citizenship program. Other duties as assigned.
