Generates and issues shop floor packets at least five days prior to start date. Allocates materials as required.

Follows up with Purchasing if there are any late or missing materials.

Ensures shop floor packets are delivered to the appropriate cost centers for following week’s production.

Works with all Manufacturing supervisors and team leads to ensure there are no issues preventing manufacturing from starting on time.

Communicates to Master Schedulers any problems encountered by Manufacturing that impacts current schedule.

Participates in the daily tiered accountability meeting. Works as a member of a team to resolve problems effecting products that are scheduled to be produced.

May be involved in start-up of new product introductions.

Performs above functions to meet department and plant goals and objectives. These include, but are not limited to: Backorders, OTIF and Inventory Levels.

Performs other duties or special assignments as required

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

A.A.S. or B.S. Degree in Business, Production Management or equivalent preferred with 2+years related experince in a manufacturing environment utilizing SAP - preferabbly in the pharmaceutical industry.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, SAP, MS OfficeExcel)

Demonstrated knowledge of ISO/FDA

Able to work successfully in a team

Must demonstrate good safety and quality practices
