Description Our client is seeking an HR Manager to oversee human resource functions, maintain HR compliance and records, manage payroll, and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth operations.Responsibilities: Oversee HR compliance with legal and government reporting regulations Maintain and update the HR Handbook as needed Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, from drafting job descriptions to selecting and interviewing candidates Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including new employee orientations, exit interviews, and final checks Keep track of all employee records, including promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations Organize training sessions on various topics such as interviewing, hiring, terminations, performance management, and sexual harassment prevention Assist the production team in maintaining OSHA compliance Act as the primary point of contact for policies, procedures, and programs Administer benefits programs in conjunction with the Exec. VP, including life, health, dental, and disability insurances, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance Manage bi-monthly payroll processing and oversee 401(k) & HSA contributions Maintain and provide company headcount and yearly hiring projections Collaborate with Executive team and Managers to provide pay ranges for current and upcoming job positions.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction/contractor industry (ideally) Proficient in Benefit Functions to ensure the effective management of employee benefits Solid experience in HRIS Analysis to effectively manage and analyze human resources data Knowledge of HRIS Payroll System to manage and oversee payroll operations Experience in handling payroll for 101 - 500 employees, demonstrating the ability to manage large teams Expertise in Payroll Management to ensure accurate and timely payment to all employees Understanding of Compensation & Benefits to design and implement effective compensation strategies Knowledge of Local Payroll Tax to ensure compliance with local tax regulations Familiarity with Employee Benefits - ERISA to manage and oversee employee retirement plans.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
