This position is a general maintenance position for upkeep of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, welding and carpentry tasks.Primary Responsibilities:Perform tasks for the upkeep of the buildings and the groundsPerform scheduled preventive maintenance on all machineryPerform oil changes and fluid level checks on all forklifts and machineryUse carpentry, plumbing and electrical for minor repairsPerform preventive maintenance of pumps and motorsPerform basic welding tasks, ie. mig and stick weldingMaintain a clean and pristine work area at all timesPerform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by managementServe as liaison with vendors for facility repairsPurchase equipment/supplies for facility related repairs
