We look forward to meeting you.The RoleHII has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Director and Assistant Treasurer of Banking & Capital Marketsat our Corporate office in Newport News, Virginia!The Corporate Director and Assistant Treasurer of Banking & Capital Markets reports to the Corporate Vice President and Treasurer and is responsible for all areas pertaining to banking relationships, capital markets relationships, corporate finance, credit rating agency relationships, letters of credit and credit agreement and bond indenture development and management.Additionally, the Director is responsible for debt and derivative management (e.g. interest rate analysis and optimization, foreign exchange risk mitigation, etc.), share repurchase analysis and activity, capital structure strategy, long-range strategic growth analysis, and the evaluation of cash deployment opportunities and their impact on the credit profile and valuation.In addition to directing and developing a staff of three, the Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining various Corporate Policies related to Financing Arrangements, Derivative Transactions, Advances to Suppliers as well as other Treasury policy and procedures.Must HaveBachelors degree in a relevant discipline plus a minimum of 10 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience OR a Master's degree in a relevant discipline and 8 years of relevant work experience.Nice to Have
