Overview:We are currently looking to hire 2-3 cleared Cyber Security Analysts for a 2nd shift opportunity. These will have a hybrid schedule after the initial training period. Description:
Conducts a compliant validation process for quality information technology systems which requires formal validation documentation (including standard operating procedures) under appropriate federal regulations.
Coordinates activities with clients, programmers/developers and operating personnel, domestic and, as appropriate, global. Identifies current and anticipated requirements for compliant computerized operations and suggests methods for the identification, implementation and maintenance of the procedures, actions and documentation necessary to assure compliance according to the appropriate federal and international regulations which govern the users applications.
Reports on the status of validation activities to fulfill regulatory requirements .
Keeps abreast of changing federal and international regulatory requirements, government audit policies, and the availability of current techniques.
Qualifications:
A BS Degree or a Professional Certification in lieu of a degree. (Preferably 1+ year of experience)
Active secret clearance.
SEC+ certification.
SIEM and SOAR familiarity (Preferably Splunk or Google platforms).
Escalation and Triage of events and alerts being monitored through various technology platforms.
Experience developing detections/alerts (fine tuning and analysis).
Scripting language and experience; e.g. Microsoft PowerShell.
Creating and maintaining security policy and procedures.

Pay Rate: $28-$38/hr based on experience.
Long term contract (12+ months).
