Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for all construction projects
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Review and approve material and equipment specifications and testing methods
Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues or defects in construction materials or workmanship
Implement corrective and preventive actions to address any quality concerns
Prepare and submit quality control reports to management and relevant stakeholders
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality control processes, inspections, and compliance
Develop, implement, and manage safety programs and policies
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
Provide safety training and orientation for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations and standards
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures
Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations, including PPE usage and safe work practices
Army Core of Engineers Experience
USACE Cert & OSPEC
EM 385 highly preferred
