Description:The Integration Manager is responsible for the direct-management-to-completion of all on-site Commissioning, Integration, and Testing for the assigned project(s). The Integration Manager works directly with the assigned Software & Controls Project Manager, synchronizing on overall system design and strategy throughout the project lifecycle. On lower-complexity projects, the Integration Manager may take a more active role with Sales, Systems Engineering, Engineering, Project & Site Management, Software, Controls, as well as our vendor teams to ensure homogenization on system design, development, and implementation to deliver an on-time, highly-efficient, and high-quality project solution.Must Haves Sound application knowledge of automated material handling equipment such as AS/RS, pallet and case conveyors, sorters, AGV’s, monorails, WMS's, PLC's Solid understanding of information systems and engineering theory and the project life cycle for material handling systems. Solid systems integrations experience within the robotics/warehouse automation industryCore responsibilities Consulting in the production of subsystem-to-subsystem interfacing documentation (low and high-level). Consulting during the phase of engineering and detailed design. (As required) Participation and consulting for any project FATs (factory acceptance testing) that involve critical equipment and/or new technologies. Create, reach agreement, and execute a Commissioning, Integration, and Testing plans. Management of on-site commissioning and integration resources and activities, submitting periodic (daily, weekly, and/or monthly) integration reports, whilst driving the integration punch list. Coordination and execution of system acceptance testing with internal teams and customers. Consulting and on-site management (as needed) during customer ramp-up leading to FAC (final acceptance), including the execution of any required FAC testing.
