General Manager - Water Technologies, Caribbean Region

Location is flexible within the following areas: Caribbean, Miami, Norfolk, Atlanta

As a General Manager (GM) for our Caribbean Region, you’ll play a key Executive Leadership role responsible for the successful operation of all Services functions across 10 countries.  Working in collaboration with other Senior Leaders and Managers, the GM provides strategic leadership on the positioning, commercial strategy, and overall customer service for the region. Working with the Commercial leadership team, Commercial Engineering and Sales teams, you’ll play a critical operational role to grow the Services portfolio in the region across all the product families. Your business operations experience will be key in providing oversight, leadership and direction to the complete business Operations teams in order to ensure that operating plan targets are met or exceeded in a safe and compliant manner. Key Early Objectives:Lead a culture of safety across the region at all levels within the organization Turn strategy into action through good team alignment/ leadership and setting clear goals & objectives - exercise good project management discipline.  Lead and operationalize key ongoing projects in the Bahamas and Jamaica Partner with executive leadership to set strategic direction for the region focused on core offerings - operations & maintenance and modular projects in the desalination and industrial water spaces.Core Responsibilities:Lead and drive operations of Services business in Region. Oversee Revenue, Cost, Operating Profit, Sales and Backlog of orders alongside commercial and activity growth.Profit & Loss responsibilityTarget achievement accountabilityOperational fulfillmentActively coach local sales and operations teams, driving ongoing On the Job Training and building a pipeline of talent. Coaching and mentoring staff to include Senior LeadersWork observations and feedbackLead the business roll-up processes for Services in the region. Driving EHS , Quality, Compliance and integrity as a main component for all activities.Business review EHS reviews and Management site visits Develop and drive regional business strategies across the portfolio. Lead process improvement, restructuring and business transformationStrategy developmentCountry and market penetration strategy development Other key responsibilities include:Foster strategic partnerships with internal teams and customers to drive growthOversee all regional operations, including resource management and project fulfillmentDevelop and maintain a skilled workforce through training and career advancementMonitor and improve key operational metrics (EHS, quality, utilization, continuous improvement)Manage plant and fleet assets, maintenance, and reliabilityLead regional expansion and restructuring initiativesCollaborate with global and shared services teams to implement best practicesParticipate in executive-level strategy and business planning
