Under direct supervision handles inbound/outbound enrollment and engagement calls with eligible members to provide information regarding program features.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Gathers and records appropriate member information in accordance with policies and procedures via telephone.

Encourages members to participate in the Care Management programs by providing information about the program, outlining program features/value and explaining available services.

Records call details and utilize call scripts as needed based on client requirements.

Directs member inquiries to appropriate clinical staff. Initiates referrals and manages consults from clinicians for participants registered in Care Management.

Gathers information from hospitals, health plans, physicians, patients, vendors and other referral sources.

Contacts physician offices to obtain demographic information or related data as needed.

Requires HS diploma or the equivalent;

6 months experience in a telesales or customer service demonstrating ability to influence customers/ members; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Computer/keyboarding proficiency and the ability to follow defined policies and protocols required.

Knowledge of company products, services and benefits preferred.

Collects data from departments and prepares monthly reports for accruals and journal vouchers. Provides the Accounting Office with input on adjustments, repairs, deposits and advance payments, etc. Researches variances in data submitted by the Accounting Office on preliminary operating statements utilizing source documents. Makes extensions to RGRs received from Accounting Office. As required, makes changes, additions/deletions to existing programs to generate reports to include comparative sales reports, comparing actual operating results against the previous year and the current budget, percentages of increase/decrease, etc. Prepares worksheet of incoming and outgoing RGRs of all departments. Generates complete reports as required. Prepares monthly Teleflora Telephone order and Portrait Studio for orders. Totals transmittal charges and forwards to the Accounting Office for processing. May prepare supplemental RGRs on delinquent payments for TV rentals. Researches unpaid invoice requests. Maintains log on laundry/dry cleaning services. Receives delivery tickets from laundry/dry cleaning store and verifies the monthly charges against contractor\'s invoice/merchandise transfer.   • Summary This position is assigned to the NWW Program and reports directly to the Regional Program Director. Serves as Program Analyst (Adaptive Reconditioning and Community Outreach Specialist (ARCOS)), responsible for ensuring enrollees and their families and caregivers have opportunities to participate in local adaptive recreation and events. ARCOS have the primary responsibility for development and execution of adaptive reconditioning opportunities. Responsibilities Adaptive Reconditioning duties comprise 75% of incumbent\'s time and include but are not limited to: Researches and identifies adaptive reconditioning events and other opportunities offered by Federal, State, local community, and non-profit organizations and agencies. Analyzes and evaluates, on a quantitative or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of program operations, establishing goals and objectives. Coordinates internal and external adaptive recreation activities in respective Region for local enrollees. Promotes Navy Wounded Warrior Adaptive Athletics program to local enrollees and connect those interested with HQ Adaptive Athletics staff. Assists NWW HQ Adaptive Sports staff with management and operations of its adaptive sports and reconditioning programs and activities for recovering Service Members to improve the recovery and quality of life as the participants adjust to their \'new normal\'. Assists in coordinating adaptive sports and reconditioning programs according to guidelines, standards of practice and professional code of conduct and ethics developed by Armed Forces Services Corporation at multiple installations throughout the US. Assists in providing effective and efficient adaptive sports and reconditioning programs for Recovering Service Members (RSMs) enrolled into the program. Communicates effectively and professionally with senior military and community leadership as well as activity participants. Serves as travel point of contact for the region enrollees participating in adaptive/recreation events to include travel processes and registration of participants. Community Outreach duties comprise 25% of incumbent\'s time and include but are notlimited to: Coordinates and manages activities designed to raise awareness of the program and its offerings throughout the area of responsibility for the region. Develops and implements strategic plan to collaborate with local veteran service organizations to increase adaptive recreation and family/caregiver opportunities. Successfully promotes programs and events to appropriate audiences in the area of responsibility for the region. Coordinates with Veterans Administration to connect veterans with available programs. Identifies, communicates and coordinates with National Paralympic organizations to identify programs for recovering Service members. Ability to identify problems, plan, research, collect, sort, and analyze information to formulate plan of action and milestones for the accomplishment of tasks.
