Primary Functions:
Ensure all deliverables arecompleted and submitted in time to support overall program milestones and reviews.
Program management of complex development efforts aligned with our customer’s needs supporting Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE).
Develop program business plans including all financial metrics, staffing estimates, program status presentations, support of strategic market analysis, growth plans, competitor assessments, and conduct capability presentations to current and new customers.
Support technical project management services to defense client.
Coordinate status, progress, deliverables,budget, statements of work.
Drive technical progress acrossprogram.
Acts as primary contact with the customer and responsible for customer satisfaction.
Manage programs subcontracts via proper flow-down of requirements.
Education/Experience/Skills:
Experience as a Program Manager in a government contracting environment.
Previous experience managing large, complex programs.
U.S. Citizenship & Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
Bachelor'sof ScienceDegree in electrical, electronicengineering, physics, mathematics or computer science.
15years of professional experience supporting Ship's Signals Exploitation Equipment (SSEE)
