The position is for college students who are rising juniors or seniors in their academic program and are available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2025.Essential Job Responsibilities Provide program management support for complex IT and Software Systems engineering projects Coordinate with internal leaders to determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases, resource requirements, and other necessary elements. Assist in maintaining project schedules by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems. Provide support in coordinating amongst various teams in different engineering disciplines to present a unified, integrated product to project stakeholders. Assist in preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, and recommending actions. In support of assigned functional area, perform professional administrative work of an introductory nature gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility Identify, analyze, and capture project specific lessons learned Perform work that is pertinent to field study Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent + Must be working towards a Bachelor's degree with between 40% and 60% of the required credits completed. Preference for Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related curriculum. Must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher while participating in this internship.Preferred Requirements Excellent writing, communication and listening skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Must be diligent, hardworking and a fast learner. Desires to gain professional experience and is eager to learn.
