ResponsibilitiesThis position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty. The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions. This work requires consideration of program requirements together with specific variations in or from standardized guidelines. Assignments require: (a) a good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines; (b) an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced; and (c) analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines. Additional Requirements: Shall be proficient performing all operator, data entry, and retrieval functions. Transmits and receives data via disk, modem, and other electronic means. Extracts data, formulates and interprets management reports, creates archives, backups, and data saves in support of deployments and detachment operations. Performs a wide range of administrative and financial duties within the Material Control Division such as preparing reports and correspondence, filing and typing. Performs tool room management IAW Tool Control Program (acting as Tool Control Program Coordinator), Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) Program, and Individual Material Readiness List (IMRL) Program Coordinator. What You'll Do: Tool Room: The Contractor shall manage the Tool Room and ensure Tool Room services are performed IAW governing directives by ensuring all inspection standards are met. Tool room management includes:

Tool Room NAMP Programs: The Contractor shall be responsible for the Tool Control Program (acting as Tool Control Program Coordinator), Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) Program, Individual Material Readiness List (IMRL) Program Coordinator,

Issue/Receive Tools, Equipment and Hazardous Material/Waste: The Contractor shall Order/Issue/Receive tools, inventory and maintain tools, and issue/receive/properly handle hazardous materials/waste per activity’s Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and local governing directives.

Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Repairs, periodic maintenance, and calibration of all Support Equipment (SE), IMRL, and calibration-required tools shall be performed at the appropriate level of maintenance. Base support equipment I-level facilities and calibration laboratories are available to provide I-level and Depot level support as required. Repairs or periodic maintenance which is O-level in nature are required to be performed by the Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs requirements in accordance with the procedures established in the PWS. Performs inventories of repair parts and general supplies. Procures, receives, stores and issues material and repair components. Utilizes financial accounting and database systems. May be required to verify work performed by another for which he/she is qualified to perform.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

One years experience in Tool Room operations

Must be able to work flexible schedule as required.

Must be eligible for Common Access Card (CAC)

Other Requirements:

Must be able to become eligible for a Security Clearance

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system.

Desired Qualifications:

Defense Hazardous Material/Hazardous Waste Handling course (Course 9E-F50/322-F34 (MT))

Experience using U.S. Navy computer supply systems.
