Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureCurrently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Tactical Combat Training System II Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team onsite in Norfolk, Virginia.Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate with third party vendors as well as Government for system/software installation and placement of the system when new installations happen
Coordinate placement of the antenna and cable placement and the systems and accessibility
Understand and incorporate the changes that are happening due to upgrades
Capture changes and update documentation
Minimum Qualifications:
High School and 5+ years experience
Experience with TCTS II architecture to include understanding of participant subsystems (PS), ground subsystems (GS), remote range unit (RRU), and portable support equipment subsystem (PSES)
Experience with some of the following systems that interface with TCTS II:
Digital Radio Management System (DRMS)
Link – Inject to Live (LITL) Link 16 capability
Electronic Warfare Server (EWS)
Large Area Tracking Range (LATR)
Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF)
RADAR Aircraft Display System (RADS)
Joint Debriefing Subsystem (JDS)
Experience with threat/ intelligence simulation and sources
Experience with reading and comprehending preventive maintenance documents and procedures
Must be organized and able to work independently and with others
Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Clearance Requirements:
Active Secret security clearance and US citizenship
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
