Do you have at least 5 years experience in a receptionist/customer service role? Do you believe in a wellness based approach to natural medicine? If so, this is your opportunity to join a great TEAM and become part of our growing clinic family We are looking for a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills to supplement our staff. Strong multi-line phone system experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/Excel) a must. This position will be responsible for coordinating with our medical provider and staff; checking clients in and out; booking appointments; scanning documents as needed; assisting with daily reports and maintaining supply levels. Assisting with new client consultations is expected, so sales experience is a plus! We are looking for a team player who is dependable and outgoing with a positive communication style and attitude.
