Hi we are looking for apartment maintenance /painter people with at least 5yrs experience in make ready turns for someone to move in . You must have experience in minor, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. You must also have your own transportation and tools. The pay will start based off experience with a 40hr work week and you will get paid weekly. We are looking for two people. We evaluate you after 90 days for a raise.
