We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Assistant to join our growing Life Insurance and Annuities,Mutual Funds, Business Benefits, etcThis is a remote position; however, there will be many situations where we will meet face to faceat our offices. Theposition will start as part-time but can be expanded to afull-time position. Please provide a resume and references if available.

Responsibilities:

Experienced in Customer Service Calls and Setting Existing & Future Client appointments

Process client applications efficiently and accurately

Follow up with clients and agents to ensure smooth application flow

Maintain clear and concise records

Qualifications:

Ability to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (This increases income opportunities)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Scanning Client Documents for Digital Paperless filing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Social Media Skills efficiency

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic

Reliable internet access, computer, and phone required

Ability to pass a background check

Benefits:

$18-22/hour compensation

Flexible part-time schedule (minimum 15-20 hours per week)

Monday-Thursday

Scheduled Hours

Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-7:30pm
