ECCO Sunroom & Awning is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team! ECCO is the known leader in Outdoor Living Solutions in Hampton Roads and has been for over 30 years. This is a full-time position with benefits for our office in Chesapeake, VA. We are seeking a friendly and welcoming personality with great phone etiquette, general office experience, software knowledge and strong organizational skills. Must be a self-starter and able to work productively with little to no supervision.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Answering incoming phone calls must be able to handle multiple phone calls at once
-Setting appointments all appointments are media generated. No cold calling or telemarketer appointments. Our customers call us!
-Managing calendar(s)/schedule(s) for sales team, and management when needed
-Greet and assist customers in the showroom
-Collecting payments from customers
-Data Entry
-Clerical support for management
-Maintain organized filing systems
-Follow-ups with customers/leads via phone calls and/or emails
Training provided for special tasks, software (such as CRM), etc.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Drivers License
Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
Must be detail Oriented and organized
Self-starter / able to work productively with little to no supervision
Work as a team member and foster a cooperative work environment
Bilingual - English & Spanish a plus!
Starting Pay : $17-20/hr (depending on experience)
