Office Assistant

Receive incoming telephone calls, messages and mail.

Perform a variety of clerical duties, including making copies, typing, email correspondence and other documents as directed.

Order office supplies and business cards.

File for Depart of Motor Vehicle titles.

Forward towing request information to tow truck driver via telephone, text message and write up tickets for completed towing jobs.

Fill out work order for vehicles to include pricing.

Maintain confidentially of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers.

Computer literacy with experience in office software application (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
