ServiceSource is an organization of talented people who drive innovation, embrace change, and serve humanity.Job Summary Supervise, train, and support employees (participants) assigned to group supported employment or enclave. Maintain all requisite records and reports to include daily notes, goal tracking, case notes, attendance reports, and all other assigned reporting. Drive a ServiceSource vehicle to the assigned jobsite. Primary Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.

Oversee daily operations at the work-site to include supervision of specific group employees, fulfillment of contractual obligations and quality control of all work produced by enclave employees, while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.

Work cooperatively with the assigned Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist (VRS) in order to implement, monitor and review employee training programs and individual program plans. Consult with VRS to provide crisis intervention support and as determined by the interdisciplinary team, or emergency situation.

Maintain attendance sheets, daily notes, case notes, incident reports, production reports and timesheets for assigned individuals as required. This includes transporting necessary paperwork to supervisor for approval prior to any deadlines.

Participate in individual program plan review of assigned employees. Be a resource to the employee, family and employer.

Provide Person Centered Planning (PCP) by remaining knowledgeable of each assigned employee's program. Implement the initiate active participation in daily operations. Follow outcomes, strategies, protocols, etc., as written.

Additional Responsibilities

Ensure assigned employees receive continual supervision and support.

Ensure assigned employees meet all contract required production and performance goals.

Support assigned employees in utilizing his/her/their skills and abilities through hands on instruction and supervision.

Maintain knowledge of contract requirements.

Maintain regular communication with work-site supervisor.

Attend internal meetings.

Understand and comply will all ServiceSource and customer policies and procedures.

Provide input/support in the areas of program development and implementation. Attend meetings with employees as assigned.

Maintain familiarity with behavior management techniques.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s)

Required: One-year related experience working with people with disabilities or related field.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Vocational Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.

Required: Three years' experience working with people with disabilities, including writing and implementation of PCP, crisis intervention and use of behavior management techniques.

Must hold or be able to obtain any government required clearance levels (e.g., secret, top secret, etc.) that apply or may become applicable to this position.

Must be able to pass criminal and drug screening background checks to meet current government eligibility requirements that apply or become applicable to this position​.

Ability to maintain current First Aid and CPR certification.

Drriving is a requirement for this position. The incumbent must have a valid driver’s license to transport individuals in the company’s vehicle.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Computer knowledge and experience leading to proficiency in software packages and/or spreadsheet operations.

Prior custodial experience and/or knowledge in the use of commercial cleaning solutions.

Prior knowledge of Medicaid Waiver documentation requirements and regulations.
