The Software Developer SME will maintain the customer’s existing systems, which include the cyber incident reporting system, incident response scripts, and Red Team command and control suite.The selected applicant will perform a variety of activities including but not limited to:
Building new software tools as needed for the conduct of defensive cyberspace operations.
Maintaining the existing database systems related to other systems.
Building new database systems as needed for the conduct of defensive cyberspace operations.
Providing general scripting support to include Regular Expression, Python, Powershell, and VB .NET.
Documenting all developed code to include “help” commands, code comments, and README files.
Maintaining existing databases, build new databases, and migrate or change databases as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field and seven years of computer programming experience.
Applicant selected must hold a current valid IAT Level III certification. Candidate selected must maintain the required IAT Level III compliant certification. Certification Requirements: This position will require DoD 8140.03 IAT Level III compliance.
An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
RMC employees may be subject to COVID-19 vaccination or testing requirements in order to access government facilities.
