We're looking for you, a front-end developer who will use equal parts skill and vision to build an experience that delivers functionality and efficiency.

We need an experienced front end developer who will use their passion to guide a development team to learn new tools and te chn iques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. This is an opportunity to solve problems in intelligence, national security, and law enforcement operations by collaborating with a development team to build middle- and front-end web solutions with user centric design. You'll coordinate UI / UX designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience using Agile life cycle development and current web development frameworks. Your team will ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. With mentoring, positive code reviews, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. You Have:

-Experience with sof tware engineering

-Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

-Experience with frameworks and libraries, including KnockoutJS, AngularJS, Bootstrap, or jQuery

-Knowledge of Agile environment

-Top Secret clearance

-Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with usability analysis, testing, and client-facing engagements, including design discussions and product demonstrations

-Experience with Agile or Kanban sof tware development methods in a client environment

-Experience with using JavaScript mapping libraries for spatial visualization and manipulation, including Leaflet

-Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, including MongoDB

-Experience with integrating efficient data models and scalable back-end RESTful APIs

-TS / SCI clearance

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
