SAIC’s Office of SAIC Enablement is seeking a talented and creative Agile Capture Education Training and Outreach Principal. You will join SAIC’s Enterprise Campaigns and Agile Capture effort to drive transformational change within our Business Development (BD) community. In this role, you will work closely with various teams, including the SVP of BD, Business Unit SVPs, BD VPs, BD Operations VP, and other functions to provide best-in-class capture expertise, infrastructure, processes, and tools as key enablers for growth to win strategic, needle-moving opportunities.This individual will:

Be able to create and co-create and lead launch of enterprise programs, campaigns, and objectives.

Be a change management champion tasked with rallying the BD community around more effective winning strategies, ushering in new processes, and communicating with company stakeholders.

Leverage strong analytical and data management skills with an ability to collect and interpret data to support decision-making.

Be a strategic coach and trainer tasked with helping the BD community master new tools, workflows, and processes.

Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Display superior critical thinking capabilities, including the ability to think on their feet.

Be comfortable with quickly changing priorities and a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Possess the ability to thrive — and remain calm — under pressure.

Meet the Following Objectives:

Lead development and implementation of education and training focused on executing disruptive win strategies through all phases of the capture and proposal process.

Analyze digital dashboards and PowerBI tools and provide early insights into negative trends/issues associated with meeting or exceeding business development performance measures/expectations and create mitigation strategies to senior leadership to address trends/issues and execute as necessary.

Develop, organize, and execute training for capture teams, leveraging knowledge of internal functions to motivate the BD community reach goals, objectives, and deliverables.

Manage project resources, develop project plans, track progress, and report to stakeholders.

Specific Functional Area duties include:

Provide academic training and education in person, via distant learning or a blended approach.

Designs, develops, coordinates, implements, delivers, assesses and updates training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, materials, interactive aids, and curriculums for computer-based training and on-line and on-site instructor-led classroom and informal training sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5-8+ years enterprise campaign, training, and other relevant experience. Preferred Masters’ Degree and 3-6 years relevant experience

Experience with the Business Development lifecycle and CRM tools.

Experience creating content for BD Community.

Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, etc. to present ideas, information, and reports.

Proven ability to collaborate and orate with internal and external teams and leaders.

Three (3) - Five (5) years’ experience leading transformational enterprise initiatives.

Proven written and verbal communication skills at the junior management and senior executive level, and ability to act independently and effectively manage multiple priorities and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity and deliverables.

Ability to influence constructively and interact at the highest levels of the corporate structure.

Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and business acumen.

Desired Qualifications:

Highly motivated and focused work ethic capable of multi-tasking and communications skills to develop, organize, facilitate, coordinate, and execute actions across the Group related to all BD initiatives.

Ability to gain internal support, operate individually with limited supervision, and establish a solid working relationship with senior management, BD staff, and peers in the Group and across SAIC.

Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
