Lead the development and implementation of cloud solutions for internal and customer needs.
Manage the partner network for AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP, and IBM.
Provide customer solutions from state, DOD, IC, and international.
Deploy in cloud, hybrid, edge, multicloud environments.
Build state of the art zero trust and data centric systems.
Protect data ranging from unclassified to top secret SCI.
Capture Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute capture strategies to win targeted federal contracts, particularly focusing on Cloud Technologies.
Lead the capture planning process, securing necessary resources, staffing the capture effort, and managing the team through the proposal development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with the proposal team to ensure that the solution architecture and technical content are fully integrated into the proposal, contributing to a compelling and winning bid.
Technical Solution Development and Proposal Support:
Provide hands-on leadership in developing technical solutions, ensuring all aspects of the solution are feasible, scalable, and compliant with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and client requirements.
Oversee the creation of technical narratives, architectural diagrams, and other proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client needs.
Participate in proposal reviews and color team assessments, refining and enhancing the technical sections to maximize competitiveness.
Client and Partner Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and subcontractors, ensuring that SOSi forms a high-performing team that meets or exceeds set-aside requirements and covers all PWS elements.
Work with the Chief Technology Officer to coordinate client engagements, ensuring that the capture strategy is informed by accurate and up-to-date client intelligence.
Cloud Implementation and Migration Experience:
Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems and alignment with client expectations.
Provide strategic guidance on cloud migration strategies, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and capable of supporting mission-critical applications.
Program Start-Up and Delivery Support:
Assist with the start-up phase of new programs, ensuring smooth transitions from proposal to execution.
Provide leadership during the initial implementation of solutions, ensuring that all technical and management elements are in place for successful delivery.
Collaborate with program management teams to establish project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the solution architecture.
Executive Reviews and Continuous Improvement:
Participate in executive reviews, providing updates on program progress, solution performance, and alignment with strategic goals.
Offer insights and recommendations during executive reviews to address challenges, optimize delivery, and ensure the program's ongoing success.
Drive continuous improvement in solution development and capture processes, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor a matrixed team of technical professionals, capture managers, and other proposal support staff fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Communicate roles, responsibilities, and expectations to all team members, ensuring project objectives and timelines are aligned.
Drive continuous improvement in solution development and capture processes, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Track and report on solution development and capture performance metrics, including key milestones, win rates, and proposal effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
BS Degree in a technical discipline
9 years of experience with a BS degree, 5 years of experience with an MS degree
Experience in DoD/IC acquisition process and program management milestones.
Demonstrated sustained superior performance.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, team building and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to be effective in a USG/Contractor team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering degree desired.
MS in applicable technical field such as engineering, computer science or similar.
TS/SCI with CI poly.
