Lead and support critical projects based on emergent business needs. Structure and execute analyses to develop recommendations, present to executives and execute on action plans.
Drive problem-solving through clarity and structure and ensure solutions are implemented within desired timelines.
Support the development and track progress of customer and board engagement projects, including customer follow-ups, event management and key priorities throughout the year.
Manage the tracking tools and dashboards that inform organizational objectives and priorities around customer and board engagements, policy reviews and team culture initiatives.
Drive regular governance activities to ensure leadership is kept informed and well-positioned to make appropriate decisions for the business and support priorities as they are surfaced.
