You will oversee all aspects of the Google Cloud sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Google Cloud program overall is kept on the cutting edge.The Google Public Sector Front Office team plays a critical role in defining and driving strategic, operational and organizational initiatives to supercharge the Google Public Sector (GPS) business. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team horizontally across a variety of cross-functional projects with rapid change and high intricacy. You will collaborate with Go-To-Market, Delivery, Finance, Marketing to support GPS’s external customer and board engagement initiatives and operationalizing organizational policy and culture initiatives. You will leverage the project management skills to track, maintain and communicate requests, project status and issues impacting business results. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Lead and support critical projects based on emergent business needs. Structure and execute analyses to develop recommendations, present to executives and execute on action plans.

Drive problem-solving through clarity and structure and ensure solutions are implemented within desired timelines.

Support the development and track progress of customer and board engagement projects, including customer follow-ups, event management and key priorities throughout the year.

Manage the tracking tools and dashboards that inform organizational objectives and priorities around customer and board engagements, policy reviews and team culture initiatives.

Drive regular governance activities to ensure leadership is kept informed and well-positioned to make appropriate decisions for the business and support priorities as they are surfaced.
