Your Impact:Provides warning and all-source analytical support to DIA’s Defense Combating Terrorism Office to drive DoD policy, planning, and operational decisions to counter regional and transnational terrorism threats. We conduct mission-critical counterterrorism analysis focused on operational and strategic effects against emerging terrorist threat networks and identities operating globally with intent to harm U.S. persons, facilities, and interests. Our work includes delivering national watchlisting support to the TIDE database, providing expert assessments for the Pentagon/Joint Staff, and 24/7/365 support to DoD and senior policy decision makers, as well as international and interagency partners, on predictive threat assessments regarding transnational and regional terrorist threats. Analysts also support the Congressionally-mandated Prisoner of War/Missing in Action cell with analysis, collection, and 24/7 support to the U.S. government for global hostage threats or events against U.S. citizens.Responsibilities:Assist aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including but not limited to search discovery storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Disseminates intelligence products across separatenetworks and portals.Deliver expertise regarding intelligence production in support of DIA and Joint Staff planning primarily with regard to transnational terrorism and secondarily toreview DIA regional terrorism functional support plans as they relate to CCMD Concept of Operations in order to identify DIA tasking, requirements and gaps between transnational and regional lines of effort.Demonstrate ability to utilize military matrix-planning techniques mission analysis and resource analytics utilizing DoD Joint Publications as the foundation to provide outcome measurement and evaluation.Demonstrate comprehension of logistics management support, information disclosure support and staffing procedures necessary for expedient communication and coordination with various echelons and partner organizations and offices.Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts. Activities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining databases; monitor intelligence; assists with administration and management of RFIs; produces metrics; provides cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and Allied / Partner systems. Produces metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions.Assist the organization with aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing amongst analysts and organizations to enhance analytic production. Provide training on various analytic tools as needed.Capture, facilitate, clarify, and champion organizational IT functional requirements through the appropriate organization.Provide business process improvement as needed.Manage/create/modify DCTC SharePoint sites and the processes they support.Serve as an informal IT Help Desk to provide assistance/help facilitate resolution of internal customer IT issues with the appropriate group.Facilitate internal and external customer support for DCTC systems (e.g., problems, account access, requests for information, etc.).Manage organizational distribution lists, shared groups/calendars, and shared drives.Perform Data Transfer Officer (DTO) duties; complete Government-provided DTO training in order to assume duties.Support the DCTC annual CT conference.Demonstrate ability to publish content regularly and within requirements-driven deadlines in formats including Microsoft Office tools, electronic/soft copy matrices and/or web-enabled formats.Work with counterparts in other departments to update and maintain contentaccuracy.Maintain records of dissemination; produce metrics, graphics, and briefings to support production management and mission management functions.Possess general information systems experience with SIPRNet, JWICS, and standard IC message traffic retrieval systems, as appropriate; demonstrate ability to learn to use and support other tools that may be added or developed as the program evolves, with emphasis on information sharing and protection of Government information.CJCYBERHere’s What You’ll Need:Requirements:Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
