XTIVIA is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Consultant to join our team. In your role you will play a vital part in assisting our client service team in providing our clients with leading financial and business applications based on current Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
The Dynamics Business Central position will involve:

  • Assisting in supporting solutions using such tools as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Power BI Dashboards, and Other Dynamics 365 Applications
  • Performing ongoing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central support services to existing clients via email/phone support and on-site visits
  • Provide specialized support services to clients to assist in critical business functions.
  • Participating in the quality assurance process as required by each project

    • As a Business Central Consultant, you must have a desire to learn, to be challenged and to expand your capabilities. You must also have strong project and organizational skills. It will also be vital for your role as a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Consultant that you have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to function well as part of a team. Capable of following and composing procedure documentation.
    • Specific qualifications for the Microsoft Dynamics consultant position include:
    • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical skills, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
    • Capable of working autonomously but knowing when to bring in teammates for help.
    • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, and/or computer science or equivalent
    • Minimum 1-2 years of current experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions, Dynamics-NAV, Dynamics, or other ERP software
    • Experience performing requirement interviews and analyzing current business procedures
