As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand. Your focus will be on reducing our time-to-hire and ensuring we attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of standard recruiting processes and the ability to network and identify hard-to fill positions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement innovative sources strategies to attract top talent. By building a robust tech talent pipeline, you will contribute to the successful recruitment and retention of highly skilled professionals for our Cloud positions.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational positions
Source potential candidate on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow, CrunchBoard and Github
Manage recruiting staff, including consultants on recruiting process
Process job requisitions and communicate with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions and requirements are current
Screen and interview candidates ensuring qualifications are met while measuring the candidates interest and overall fit with the organizations hiring objectives
Collaborate and communicate extensively with leadership and hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies based on productivity and success metrics to identify and attract a diverse slate of top caliber candidates
Maintaining strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience through the recruitment process
Support the Business Development team as a primary recruiter of key personnel for proposal submittals. Frequent recruitment of business consultants, subject matter experts, technical and DoD-cleared candidates is to be expected
Lead incumbent capture staffing efforts
Support hiring managers with negotiating offers and packages that attract and retain candidates while maintaining compliance with budget and contract limitations
Leverage data and analytics to optimize recruiting processes and improve candidate experience to build and manage and world class referral program
Execute responsibilities as defined in the Plus3 IT Systems Quality Guide
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain jobs required for cloud roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
In depth knowledge of ATS use requir d, Greenhouse preferred
Proficiency with Google Workplace applications and MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Must have good judgement, decision making, and diplomacy skills
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
Proven dependability and a self-starter
Right attitude, enthusiasm and passionate about recruiting with positive attitude and the drive to succeed
Flexible with the ability to adjust priorities as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
At least 5 years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years recruiting cleared candidates
Certifications such as SHRM Talent Acquisition specialty certification, LinkedIn Recruiter certification, or AIRS recruiting certifications within 1 year of hire highly preferred
