This includes coaching, motivation and guidance to the operations management team and staff.The Account Manager will act in an interim or fill-in role for open management positions at an account.Coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to clients, operational and senior management.

During a startup, oversees the planning, measurements, job building, implementation and tracking with-in startup facility, which has a beginning and end specified deliverables.

Tasked with providing operational support at accounts that may need assistance when they are not directly, or indirectly involved in a new account startup

While in interim management role; assumes all responsibilities for the interim role (director, manager, supervisor, etc.) as defined within the role’s job description, managing the day-to-day operations, and providing direction and leadership to team. Able to accomplish established standards to meet or exceed customer satisfaction.

Position represents ABM Healthcare in its highest degree. Requires air/auto travel, up to 100% of the time.

Essential DutiesProject Management

Defines the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.

Creates a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

Develops a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.

Reviews the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities: revise the schedule as required.

Determines the objectives and measurements upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.

Executes the project according to the project plan.

Develops forms and records to document status of project.

Utilizes electronic files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.

Monitors the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the startup.

Establishes a communication process to update appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the startup.

Reviews the quality of the work completed with the project team daily.

Reports written and provided to Director of Project Management daily.

Monitors cash flow projections and report to senior management on a regular basis.

Reports up to leaders about what is happening with the project as well as the general climate at the account.

Establishes relationships within the client organization.

Communicates the purpose, boundaries, significant dates, and importance of the task, responsibility, or project to internal partners.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant management experience.

Minimum of 3 years work experience in a leadership role within the Healthcare field is required.

Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Industry specific certification/licensure may be required.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
