Description BILINGUAL POSITION [Spanish required for this particular position.]We are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Richmond, Virginia, United States. This role is situated within the Wholesale Distribution industry and the primary function is to ensure that our clients' orders are processed and completed in an efficient manner. Responsibilities: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times Receiving and processing phone and email orders from designated customers with all pertinent information in a timely manner Generating necessary reports as needed Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met Creating invoices and assisting with monthly billing for our clients Adhering to ISO 9001 regulatory requirements for processing all orders Assisting with additional requests as needed (e.g., return authorizations, customer complaints, etc.) Emailing customers with confirmation and addressing questions as presented Assisting with annual inventory Utilizing skills in Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, Call Center Customer Service, and Communication Skills to effectively perform tasks and support the team.Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably within a Wholesale Distribution environment Proficiency in Data Entry and Invoice Processing Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Proven experience in a Call Center Customer Service role Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written Experience with Purchase Orders Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently High level of attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated problem-solving abilities Excellent time management skills High school diploma or equivalent is required Willingness to continue learning and improving relevant skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
