Will efficiently manage a large amount of information, in addition, include conducting discovery sessions with subject matter experts to collect data to support the maintenance of DOJ Settlement data sources.
Duties will include entering data into database software, MS Excel spreadsheets, and other data sources as needed ensuring the accuracy of the data. Consistent monitoring of data source resolving any discrepancies and obtaining further information for incomplete documentation. Below are some of the foundational skills necessary for the position:
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs to include MS Office (MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail
Ability to work within tight time constraints
Verbal and written communication skills
Beginner to intermediate level data analysis (simple formulas in MS Excel, basic data mapping)
Basic research and data collection skills (ability to manage multiple spreadsheets and consolidating information)
Basic knowledge of database structure
Basic knowledge of data reporting and presentations
10-key skills preferred
Proficient typing and transcription
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
