  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and New Relic, knowledge of AWS, general networking and troubleshooting skills, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems (i.e. 3-tier applications end-to-end troubleshooting), ability to professionally communicate well on the phone to all levels of associates
