Job DescriptionThe Energy & Sustainability Market Leader is a key leadership role responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution across our organization, with a strong focus on advancing our initiatives in Decarbonization, Future Fuels, Renewables, and Grid Modernization. This individual will lead a dynamic sales team, develop innovative market approaches, and foster strategic partnerships to propel our growth in these critical areas. The SVP of Sales - Energy will play a pivotal role in positioning our company as a leader in sustainable energy solutions. Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field preferred.
10+ years in the Energy and Sustainable Energy Solutions sales industry.
Deep understanding of Decarbonization (energy efficiency, building efficiency, commissioning, retro-commissioning), Future Fuels (hydrogen fleets, EV), Renewables (offshore wind, utility solar), and Grid Modernization (battery and energy storage) markets and technologies.
Demonstrated ability to sell business-to-business services within the energy sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. null
