We are seeking a dedicated and reliable full-time housekeeper for a 3 person household in the beautiful West End of Richmond.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (preferred)
- Hours: Can be Flexible, General Business hours preferred
- Compensation: Competitive and based on experience; paid weekly in cash
- Benefits: Paid national holidays off; work independently & at your own pace; option for additional hours if desired; periodic raises based on honesty and performance
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning and maintenance of a single-family home; 2 adults, one 6 year old
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping
- Laundry and folding - no ironing
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchen
- Organizing and tidying rooms
- Other household tasks as needed - no cooking or additional tasks beyond housekeeping duties
- All cleaning supplies will be provided
- Duties are divided throughout the week to ensure tasks are manageable
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Have transportation to and from work
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently
