JOB DESCRIPTION: The client is seeking for an experienced Geographic Information System (GIS) Analyst to assist and maintain planning tools and provide GIS support to transportation planning staff. REQUIRED SKILLS:
Considerable experience with Esri ArcGIS Software (Desktop and extensions)
Knowledge of Linear Referencing Systems and experience using the ArcGIS Linear Referencing Tools
Experience in process automation utilizing Python, Model Builder, and other Geoprocessing techniques
Experience with data editing in a multi-user versioned editing environment
Knowledge of Esri Version management techniques
Strong Oracle or related RDBMS skills
Working knowledge of transportation planning principals
Excellent verbal/written skills for documentation and training processes
