Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Property Accountant in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry, located in Richmond, Virginia. As a Property Accountant, your role will encompass a wide range of accounting functions, primarily focusing on property accounting and management. Responsibilities: Undertake account coding tasks and maintain vendor files with precision Manage accounts payable and receivable functions Execute bank and cash reconciliations routinely Utilize property management software for various accounting tasks Oversee accrual accounting operations Carry out auditing tasks as per the industry norms Perform property management accounting tasks accurately Handle customer inquiries and resolve them efficiently Enter vendor invoices into the accounting software systems Prepare monthly financial reports for review and distribution.
