Responsible for the efficient and accurate loan data processing and verification for multiple client accommodations such as, but not limited to, POA, Due on Sale , Successors in Interest, Partial Release, Subordinations, and Assumptions of Mortgage

Complete process requirements accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and investor guidelines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education/Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements for this Regulatory Specialist :

2+ years of retail banking, banking operations, or experience in a law firm

Strong research and investigations skills

Proficiency with banking software

Excellent communication skills

Ability to prioritize a significant amount of work volume and meet strict deadlines

Strong organizational skills

Knowledge of Successor in Interest, and Assumption of Mortgage Complete data entry and validation experience preferred
