Manager, Regional Marketing AMERICAS will serve as an integral member of the AVEVA Regional marketing leadership team and will support the Director, Regional Marketing in developing and executing AMERICAS Marketing, across every marketing and communications function, supported by a global team of marketing and communications professionals, as well as being directly responsible to manage marketing team members allocated to your assigned market/geographic region of responsibility.This role will uniquely lead: Responsible for all aspects of Marketing and Communications in your assigned market/geographic region of responsibility including but not limited to: market segmentation and strategy, campaign selection and localization, execution via direct and indirect channels, communications across analysts, press (AR/PR) and social media, and strategic alliance relationships. (Knowledge of the former is expected and to liaise with Global/Central functions to execute) Analysis and optimization of performance to continually look for opportunities to improve the impact and effectiveness of AVEVA Marketing intiaitives. Providing input to the Director, Regional marketing on where these opportunities exist and how best to exploit them. Execution of customer-facing marketing tactics across integrated campaigns and branding programs across AMERICAS or in your assigned market/geographic region of responsibility to increase AVEVA awareness and to reposition AVEVA as a digital transformation partner. Implementation of strategic Account Based Marketing initiatives across Sales and Marketing to increase our relationships and build business with targeted accounts. Building and skilling talent, setting the stage to lead AVEVA’s growth, and establishing a strong pipeline of marketing talent for regional and global roles. Optimizing digital marketing capabilities in your assigned market/geographic region of responsibility in partnership with global marketing peers, identifying regional target audiences and tailoring digital and social programs that engage and grow AVEVA’s social footprint in each region, attracting in-bound interest with prospects and customers. Strong strategic relationships with global Marketing peers, regional sales teams, and our partner channel organizations including our strategic partnership with Schneider Electric and other technological partners and strategic alliances E.g. MicrosoftDimensionsThis is a management role reporting to the Director, Regional Marketing with significant visibility at the AVEVA Executive team. The job holder may be responsible for a team of regional marketers reporting to them (dependent on geography) covering all aspects of marketing and will be empowered to structure their team in a manner to drive outstanding achievement, creativity and best practice development. The role requires working closely with the HR, Sales, Finance, Regional Operations, Solution Strategy & Business Strategy.Principal AccountabilitiesThe primary objective of the Snr. Manager, Regional Marketing AMERICAS is to drive marketing originated revenue, marketing influenced revenue and return on marketing investment in your assigned market/geographic region of responsibility, in support of AVEVA’s overall revenue goals.Primary Responsibilities Facilitate developing a world-class AVEVA regional marketing strategy in your assigned market/geographic region of responsibility with strong internal stakeholder support, informed by leading-edge industry best practices. Lead your assigned market/geographic region of responsibility to execute strong, cohesive regional plans that increase marketing originated and influenced revenue contribution and measures and improves Marketing Return on Investment (ROMI). Be a champion for new approaches, models, and processes that optimize impact in regional brand awareness and demand generation, providing input and support to the Director, Regional Marketing on such initiatives. Drive revenue growth through demand generation boards aimed at reviewing pipeline performance, driving alignment of perspective and needs, overseeing execution and tracking ROI of the relevant sales and marketing campaigns. Develop a highly professional, experienced and effective team. Support the Director, Regional Marketing in Developing and implementing marketing best practices across the group.Important Working RelationshipsIt is essential that the Snr. Manager, Regional Marketing AMERICAS is a dedicated team player with strong marketing strategy, portfolio marketing, demand generation, channel marketing, operations, creative content, digital and social marketing, and communication skills. This position will work side-by-side with peers covering their respective assigned market/geographic regions of responsibility across the AMERICAS region.Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required Experienced marketing leader, ideally with previous people management / leadership experience in a B2B marketing organization in a complex / high-tech environment Proven successful achievements demonstrating increasing responsibilities and skill development in mid- and large-enterprise B2B Software marketing on a global scale Strong track record leading regional marketing, as well a global functions of integrated campaign design and execution, channel marketing and marketing operations for B2B software businesses A diplomatic individual with excellent influencing skills and experience working within a multi-cultural environment Experience building and maintaining strong partnerships with sales leadership and other marketing stakeholder leadership teams Inspirational leader who can inspire our team to high achievement, can manage the detail and can ensure focus on clear end-game objectives Creative and innovative individual with the ability to challenge where appropriate and the pragmatism to engage with stakeholders to effect change Extensive experience managing marketing budgets and communicating success Proven record of developing strategic performance marketing plans and leading implementation Excellent verbal and written communication Strong presentation skills Passionate team player Strong sense of personal initiative with a passion to continue to grow and advance to increasing levels of responsibility as part of AVEVA’s execution talent pipeline‘As travel conditions allow business travel, this role is expected to visit regions to engage in on the ground activities and be a role model to the team, with travel up to 25% of the yearThis role is for the Field marketing position in USA.
