Seeking attendant(s) to work up to 84 hours/wk (with some scheduling flexibility) for an 18 year-old man with Autism. Supports include behavioral supports/intervention and direct support and/or supervision with ADLs such as, but not limited to, bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and grooming. Support is also required for IADLs such as, but not limited to, community outings, shopping, money management, medical appointments, cleaning, and cooking.
Hours Schedule:
Mondays: 9:00 AM-11:00 PM
Tuesdays/Wednesdays: 11:30 AM-11:00 PM
Thursdays/Fridays: 2:00 PM-11:00 PM
Saturdays/Sundays: 8:30 AM-11:00 PM
