Timmons Group is currently seeking an experienced Technical Analyst II/III to join our Asset Management group working remotely.A successful Technical Analyst candidate will use their technical expertise and project delivery experience to support our clients with the implementation of geospatial-based technology solutions through the entire asset management life cyclefrom requirements to rollout.  The Technical Analyst will work with our clients to understand their business processes, workflows, and needs on multiple levels (from a technical, functional, practical, and end-user perspective).  The candidate will be a highly engaging individual who will work with creative and technical team members to plan, develop, test and deliver awesome solutions through an iterative methodology.  We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working with teams to solve problems, who take ownership of tasks and who are willing to ask questions and share opinions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:Provide consultation and business analysis to design and document technology-based solutionsWork on multiple projects of varying duration, size and complexityElicit, translate and simplify requirementsDocument and organize acceptance criteria for user requirementsMotivate teams to work together, communicate and over-deliverProvide outstanding customer serviceWork with project teams during all phases of the project life cycle including requirements gathering and analysis, design, build, test, training, deployment, and supportFacilitate asset management requirements meetings with clients and internal teamsDefine improvements to business processes, assist decision-makers in gathering information to make decisions and help quality assurance test solutionsSkills/Requirements of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, computing or business-related fieldIdeal candidates will have at least three years of Cityworks (or similar software) experience focused on engaging others in the delivery and execution of technical solutions and service deliverables preferredExperience with ESRI preferredIdeal candidate with have experience working with Pavements & Roads as well as working with DOTs with Asset Management technology.ESRI cloud, desktop, web and mobile product lines desiredExperience with practical community development software development; prior geospatial and community development experience a plusStrong problem-solving skillsFlexibility and creativity in order to adapt and adjust to each team, each project and each clientAbility to travel up to 25%+ of the timeExcellent communication skillsAbility to work with a diverse team and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail oriented and well organized
