Part time afternoon position (approximately 12 til 6 pm) position in catering kitchen. Four or five days a week. NO WEEKENDS or NIGHTS! Immediate start.
Responsibilities include dishwashing (this is not a restaurant so no multi loads of plates, glasses, silverware etc but rather pots, pans and bowls etc) weekly deep cleaning, unpacking deliveries, washing floors and generally keeping our back-of-house spotless. This accounts for around half the shift, the rest of the shift involves prep work such as chopping, peeling vegetables and transferring batches of product ( soups, stew, pies etc) into containers, accurately labeling finished product ready for retail sale. For the right candidate there is opportunity to develop more skills.
