Kitchen Lunch Shifts. The lunch cook is responsible for preparing lunch Monday - Friday. The shift can be somewhat flexible, either 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm. Lunch to be ready by 11:00am each day. Typical shift encompasses setting up your station, preparing items for service, then from 11:00am until your out-time, prepare food for the next day(s) as well as serving customers as needed. There is a lot of room for creativity in this role, though there are some daily lunch staples that must remain. A lot of opportunity exists to make this role your own and bring your ideas to fruition.
Schedule - up to 40 hours per week. Competitive pay discussed individually.
