We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers for on-going day and night positions. You’ll work with private-pay clients in some of Richmond’s finest neighborhoods and CCRCs, providing one-on-one care and building lasting relationships.
Schedule: Multiple Openings days and Nights 4 hour shifts to 12 hour shifts M-F, Weekends only and also 7 days on 7 days off 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am with every other weekend off and days off during the week every week and paid every Friday!
Location: Private residence
Responsibilities: Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation. Support with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as light housekeeping, medication reminders, and organization. Drive client to and from medical appointments and errands as needed. Offer companionship, encouragement, and a safe, respectful environment.
Qualifications: Prior caregiving experience (Parkinson’s or mobility-related experience preferred). Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Dependable, professional, and compassionate demeanor. Ability to assist with transfers and mobility support
